From the M5 leave at junction 24 and follow the A39 to Minehead for approx 6 miles from Bridgewater. After passing the Cottage Inn Public House take the first right turn (sign posted Nether Stowey lakes), the lakes can be seen ahead. Post Code TA5 1HY.

Swim Facts
22 pegs on lake one. Carp from 1lb to 8lb with roach and bream making up mixed catches. Set in picturesque countryside the venue is ideal for pleasure or competition fishing.

How to catch
Margin fishing with sweetcorn or pellets works well for mixed catches. Surfacing fishing with floating baits will take larger fish in summer.

Barbed hooks are not permitted. No keepnets unless in organised matches.

DAY TICKETS
Available from the ticket machine at the entrance to the lake. Please purchase your ticket before fishing. The bailiff patrols on a regular basis and anyone not having purchased a ticket before fishing will be asked to leave. Open from dawn till dusk. No night fishing.
