Swim Facts
Set in picturesque countryside the Specimen lake is 4 acres and has 15 pegs with plenty of space between pegs. All the fish in the Specimen lake were stocked at 10lb plus with some fish around 20lb. as the lake matures the fish will be of a larger size. The smaller 1 acre lake has just 16 pegs and contains fish of a smaller stamp, up to 8lb, and is ideal for pleasure or match fishing.

How to catch
All normal methods of carp fishing will catch fish and as the fish have never been fished for there are currently no popular methods or baits, we will update once we have been open for some weeks.

What’s Banned
Barbed hooks are not permitted, No fixed leads or bolt rigs, No keepnets or sacks, all fish to be returned immediately . Un hooking mats to be used.

DAY TICKETS
Available on the bank from the bailiff who patrols the lake on a regular basis. Open from 7am till dusk. NO NIGHT FISHING.

Specimen lake - Prices £10 for adults, £5 for second/third rods each

Small lake - Prices £7 adults £3 for second rod,

Concessions £5 one rod £3 second rod. Concession are for 65 yrs and over and under 16 yrs.
